This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The host Bénédicte Cador-Robinot, principal tenant of the space located at 92A Piet Heinstraat, offers the occasional rental of a space dedicated to creative workshops such as embroidery, bead weaving, painting, knitting, crochet...

CONDITIONS OF OCCUPATION:

The workshop space can accommodate a maximum of 10 people, and is located in a shared area.

  • Rentals are possible from Wednesday to Saturday inclusive, during And Concept Store opening hours, i.e. from 10am to 5pm.

For special requests, please contact us by e-mail.

  • Tables and chairs are provided.

  • You can bring your own cold drinks and snacks. Hot drinks (tea and coffee) will be available and charged at €2/person. Snacks will also be available and charged at the price indicated.

  • If the agreed rental time is exceeded, this will be invoiced to the hirer on the principle that every hour started is due.

  • At the end of the workshop, the hirer will be asked to clean up the tables, sweep up and fill the dishwasher with the dishes used.

BOOKING:

Reservations become firm only upon payment.

CANCELLATION :

In the event of cancellation by the hirer, with at least 8 days' notice, the full amount will be reimbursed free of charge. Between 7 days and 48 hours before the event, reimbursement is still possible, but only 80% of the amount paid. 24 hours before the event, no refund is possible.

In the event of cancellation by the host, the amount will be refunded in full but no additional costs or compensation will be added.

INSURANCE:

The hirer certifies that he/she is covered by civil liability insurance covering his/her liability and that of any guests.

COMMUNICATION :

It is the tenant's responsibility to create and distribute his own communication.

The host will relay the support provided.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.

Acceptance of and compliance with these conditions of sale are deemed acquired upon payment.
